2005 10 Second Powerhouse Turbocharged Mustang V6 4.0 (Stella)

I fell in love with this car for the usual reasons, 67 tribute
styling outside,
69 tribute styling inside, and the car in both V6 and V8 flavors was
very impressive.
I test drove both, but at the time, the V8 was not in the cards.
Then my financial
Situation changed, so I had to make a decision....get the V8, or
stick with the 6 and
go all out. Well I decided to go the path less taken, and see what
an insane 6 can do.
I had good teachers, and after seeing the success of others with the
6, I decided the
road less traveled…as usual, was for me. Excessive in Manassas Va
built the first version
of my car creating a 13 second V6. Chris and Larry did a great job
on countless dyno
sessions, 4 different exhaust setups, two different gear installs, a
tlock, Zex and Zex
racers kit, PHP pulley, Steeda gear and PH LCA’s. It was a solid mid
13 second car and
I thank them a lot for their efforts.
Then I called Mike@Powerhouse up in Erie PA and all hell broke
loose. I lucked out and
got the first customer Turbo, changed out the Steeda gear for all PH
CHE suspension.
Kmember brace, DR’s, drive shaft, gauges. I make sure they approve
anything performance
wise to Stella. The guys at this shop are great!!! They put up with
my lame newb questions
and taught me how to launch the car at the track, and even taught me
how to do a burnout
(2006 was my first track season) !!! They met up with me at FFW events
and helped make Stella
the 10 second monster she is today. And I’m sure PH will have their hand in many stangs in the
years to come to
deliver some insane rides.
Here is what my baby looked like stock from the dealership:

This isn't my exact car, but this is what she looked like stock.
- 2005 Mustang Premium, IUP, ESAP, Dk. Char. Leather, Spoiler and
Alarm.
And this is what she looks like now!
